Speaking at the event, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah highlighted the growing importance of emerging technologies in governance and public administration. He noted that Artificial Intelligence can help improve decision-making, enhance public services, and increase efficiency across government departments. However, he emphasized that technology should be used as a support tool rather than a replacement for human judgment.
