A Karachi Grammar School student has brought international recognition to Pakistan after winning the Global Champion title at the Harvard Crimson Business Competition (HCBC), one of the world’s most prestigious business competitions for high school students.
Jayant Kumar achieved the remarkable feat by competing individually against more than 1,000 teams from across the world. Most competing teams consisted of up to four members, making his solo victory even more impressive.
The competition was judged by senior executives and business leaders from Fortune 500 companies, who evaluated participants on their business strategy, innovation, critical thinking, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
With this achievement, Jayant Kumar also became the first Pakistani student to qualify for the Global Final of the Harvard Crimson Business Competition before going on to secure the championship title.
