The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has reopened the SSC Part-I (Class 9) registration portal for the 2026–2028 academic session, giving affiliated institutions another opportunity to register eligible students who missed the regular registration deadline.
According to the latest notification issued by the board, the facility is available only for FBISE-affiliated schools and institutions. Students cannot submit registration forms on their own, as the entire process must be completed through their respective schools.
Schools can now register eligible Class 9 students by paying a double registration fee. The board has clarified that the registration application must be submitted by 21 July 2026, while the fee challan can be deposited until 18 August 2026.

The board has instructed school administrations to carefully verify all student information before submitting registration forms. This includes the student’s name, father’s name, date of birth, B-Form/CNIC details, selected subjects, academic session, and fee records. Any incorrect information may create complications during examinations or while issuing certificates.
FBISE also reminded institutions that Class 9 registration is compulsory for students planning to appear in the SSC Part-I annual examinations. Without a valid registration record, students may face difficulties when submitting examination forms, receiving roll number slips, or obtaining official academic documents.
Students who have not yet been registered are advised to immediately contact their respective schools instead of waiting until the final day. Completing the process early can help avoid delays caused by document verification or fee submission.
